Lambayeque: Starting COVID-19 Vaccination for Health Sciences Trainees | News

The Regional Health Department in Lambayeque has begun vaccination with doses of Pfizer’s laboratory against covid-19 for health sciences students, who this year began their training in the department’s various health institutions.

This activity is planned today and tomorrow Saturday at the Jose Olaya Health Center in Chiclayo.

The Regional Director of Lambayeque Health, Alipio Rivas Guevara, reported that from the Regional Immunization Committee in coordination with the training area, the vaccination of inmates was programmed with 100%, a total of 805 beneficiaries, divided into two groups of days.

“It was an agreement at the regional level, where we were able to determine the vaccination of boarding students, so that they would be protected in the battle with which they would fight against the Covid-19 virus and reduce the risks to their health from possible infection in their health facilities,” the official said.

Rivas Guevara explained that these human resources will start their work from June, and various health sciences jobs are being considered, according to a record sent by the Ministry of Health.

After consulting them, a group of beneficiaries thanked the Regional Health Department of Lambayeque To administer vaccination and express their feeling of safety and protection to start their training period in health facilities in the area Lambayek.
