After the controversy over his publication, Wednesday, the defender issued a statement in which he apologized for his words in the networks, arguing that he was carried away by “personal frustration” at not being called up.
Mujica, 29, has made it clear that he always takes pride in wearing the tricolor, and that at no point did he want to disrespect Reinaldo Rueda, the FCF, or his teammates.
