President Luis Abenadir traveled Saturday evening to Madrid, Spain, where he will meet King Felipe VI, the Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez Perez, and former Presidents Jose Maria Aznar and Felipe Gonzalez, before participating in the Ibero-American Summit. Heads of state in Andorra.

According to information provided by the Presidency of the Republic, Abinader will also meet business groups and host a lunch with UNWTO Secretary-General Zurab Polokashvili.
Abenader will receive the Dominican Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain Juan Bolivar Diaz and the Director of State and Protocols, Ambassador Francisco Cantizano Nadal.
At his hotel, in Madrid, President Luis Abinadir will hold a meeting with the former Prime Minister of Spain, Felipe Gonzalez, scheduled for one in the afternoon, the same day of his arrival.
An hour later, you will meet for a private lunch with the Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), Zurab Pololikashvili.
Later, the President of the Dominican Republic will chair a meeting with the leaders of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) residing in Spain.
At six in the evening, he will meet the former head of the Spanish government, José María Aznar, and at eight in the evening he will participate in a dinner with prominent figures from the Dominican community in Spain.
On Monday the 19th, President Abinadir will attend the first business meeting organized by the Dominican Republic Chamber of Commerce in Spain and the Alianza por Iberoamérica (CEAPI) Business Council, in the Borges Room of the Casa de América.
