WWE Raw Report 1/30 – Drew McIntyre attacks CM Punk after announcing his injury; Bayley chooses her opponent at WrestleMania

CM Punk comes out with his arm in a cast to start.

He announced he was injured and said he was starting to feel like his dream of headlining WrestleMania would never come true. However, he says he will continue to fight for his fans and promises them that he will main event WrestleMania because he always does next year. Drew McIntyre interrupts. He told CM Punk that he prayed that he would get injured, and said that he would go to the main event of WrestleMania and live his dream again. A fight ensued in which McIntyre defeated Punk and attacked his injured arm. Sami Zayn came out to save CM Punk

Judgment Day (Finn Balor and Damian Priest) retain the Undisputed Tag Team Championship against Team DIY (Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano), following a fight in which Judgment Day attacked R-Truth and The Miz.

Shayna Baszler and Zoe Stark defeated Chelsea Green and Piper Niven

Cody Rhodes comes out to address the crowd. He's about to choose Roman Reigns as his opponent at WrestleMania. Seth Rollins comes out to stop him. Seth Rollins makes an impassioned plea about the World Heavyweight Championship being the main championship and says Cody Rhodes should pick it up so they can prove they don't need Roman Reigns anymore. Cody says he'll think about it.

They show Andrade El Ídolo signing a contract with Raw.

Jey Uso defeated Bronson Reed

Gunter retains the Intercontinental Championship against Kofi Kingston.

The Kabuki Warriors (Kiri Sane and Asuka) defeated Natalya and Tegan Nox.

Bayley heads to the ring. She's bragging about her Royal Rumble win. Rhea Ripley interrupts her but while processing Damage CTRL she is attacked by Nia Jax. Jax then told Bayley, who was quickly abandoned by the other Damage CTRL members, that she could choose anyone else, but Rhea would not make it to WrestleMania as champion.

Drew McIntyre defeated Sami Zayn in the main event after hitting a low blow followed by a claymore.
