More flexible return policy

By the way, Walmart announced that its return policy will be more flexible this holiday season. As a general rule, products sold online and shipped by Walmart can be returned or exchanged by mail, if available, within 90 days of receipt. The same applies to purchases made in the physical store.

During the current phase, most items purchased in-store or online, from October 1 to December 31, can be returned immediately, until January 31, 2024. Essentially, if you bought something in October, you'll have an extra month to return it.

Refunds to debit or credit cards without a receipt take up to approximately 10 days. Government ID must be shown.
