In the lengthy video, Paradise indicated that she met Paul multiple times in June and July 2019 at the Los Angeles mansion, where many social media stars live and work. “He didn’t ask for approval or anything,” Paradise said in the video. “I knew I didn’t want to do anything with him.”
The committee did not mention the possibility of taking the information to the police. Paul responded on Twitter on Tuesday saying that “this claim is 100% false” and that he had “never had a sexual relationship with this person.”
“The charges of sexual assault are not something that I or anyone else should underestimate, but to be clear, this allegation against me is 100% false,” he said.
Paul, 24, has gained fame in the boxing world since former NBA player Nate Robinson was fired last November. Paul is set to fight former UFC fighter Ben Askreen in a boxing match Saturday in Atlanta.
